F.A.Q's
The annual return date for a company is the date that dictates when the company must file an annual return with the CRO. The annual return date cannot be more than 9 months after the financial year end of the company.
Companies are obliged to file an annual return with the CRO. The first return is due 6 months after incorporation and yearly thereafter. The annual return is due 56 days after the annual return date.
The CRO will impose late filing fees and the company will lose its audit exemption for a period of 2 years.
